Click the Database Utilities menu as shown below.

The drop down menu has four database utilities listed
Compact Database, Undo Compact, Back-up, Restore
From Back-up. Compact Database is used to repair
the database. If you add and remove alot of coins
then you need to use this utility on a regular bases.
If for some reason data is lost when compacted, then
use the Undo Compact to restore the data lost when
compacted. The BACK-UP utility is one of the most
important of the utilities. Use this after every
session. When the Back-up menu is clicked a copy
of your data will be put on your desktop. from there
you can copy and paste the data to any back-up media
of your choice. If you every need to restore your data
just place the backed up file on your desktop, run Coin
Post and click the Restore From Back-up menu and you are
back in business. So back-up often.
