You are now at the Quarter work screen. Any work screen can be reached
this way. To edit a coin in the database, find the coin you want to edit by
typing it into the find box or scrolling down the data grid. If you find it
in the data grid, click on the selected coin in the data grid. (example: we
are using the 1917 S Standing Liberty mail breast). (The Tab key can also
be used to move through the work screen).

NOTE: When you click on the 1917 S Standing Liberty coin in the
data grid, the Description box will display the 1917 S Standing Liberty
coin. Note the Description box in the above picture (Before clicking the
coin in the data grid) and the Description box in the below picture (After
clicking the coin in the data grid). The coin you are working with is
displayed in the Description box. REMEMBER that the coin you are working
with has to be displayed in the Description box NOT in the data grid.

Once the coin you want to edit is selected click the Condition box and
type in the coin condition as shown in the pictures below.
